Below is a reflection about the day from one of the participating businesses

“Our Groundhog Job Shadow Day was a great success today! As our student put it, “Your property staff and managers warmed my heart so much! I really want to work here! Please give me a job! I can work after school 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.” She spent an hour each in the various areas to include Human Resources, Housekeeping, Sales/Catering, Front Desk/Bell, and some time with our GM. She especially loved our guest rooms and the Housekeeping staff.

We were happy to participate in this program and look forward to continuing a great relationship with the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD)!”
