ALL new swimmers and past JV swimmers must tryout. Former Varsity swimmers are exempt. There will be a limited number of team members this year due to space at the pool. Season starts with the first day of practice on Monday January 18th, 2010, and goes through the second week of May. In order to participate in sports at Galileo you need at least a 2.00 GPA, and a completed athletic packet including current physical. Get yours soon. Students need to sign up with Futurama coordinator Lee Thomas in Room 119 after school. There will be an auction in late January.
PSAT SCORES: Now Available in Counseling Office. 10th and 11th graders who took the PSAT can receive their results and score reports from Mr. P in the College and Career Center in the counseling office. Stop by when you get a minute.

Tryouts for the team will be at North Beach Pool, located at Lombard and Powell Streets, next to the North Beach Playground, Wednesday, January 6, 2010, and Monday, January 11, 2010, from 3:45-5:00PM. ALL new swimmers and past JV swimmers must tryout. Former Varsity swimmers are exempt. There will be a limited number of team members this year due to space at the pool. The annual Winter Wonderland Food Festival will be held this Friday, December 11 during lunch time in the Van Ness Gym.
