STAFF WELLNESS TIPS: (From Jeanne Sharbuno “Bite Size Tips for Busy Teachers”)
You take care of your students…by taking care of yourself first.
Use these 3 self-care tips as quick stress-busters to regain your balance throughout the day:
1. Relax your nervous system with belly breaths. Breath in from your belly for 5 counts, hold for 5 counts, and release slowly for 5 counts. Repeat 5 – 10 times.
2. Take a 10-minute refreshing walk during lunch to empty your mind and rejuvenate your soul.
3. Keep silly cartoons or funny quotes at your desk to make you laugh and lighten your mood.
ANNOUNCEMENT FORMS: We are now using Google Forms to collect announcement requests. The form is linked from the Teachers page at galileoweb.org. Check it out.

G-HOUSE TV AND INTERCOM ANNOUNCEMENTS: Teachers: Please be cognizant of allowing students to listen to morning and homeroom announcements. Many are important for students to get info on sports, events, activities, or educational opportunities. Some teachers are hanging the phones up or not turning the t.v. on for G-House. These actions deprive the students of notifications and they miss out. Thank you. Don Papa
