SUMMER SCHOOL: Galileo Summer School starts on Wednesday, June 8th and ends on Wednesday, July 13th. Summer School Graduation will be on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, in Galileo’s Auditorium.

Anthony Narigi Hospitality Scholarship Fund for up to $5000: Applicant must reside in Monterey County, San Francisco County, Sonoma County, Napa County, Contra Costa County, or Santa Clara County and must be currently employed in the hospitality profession or applying for or enrolled in an educational program pursuing a degree or certificate program designed for the hospitality industry, which includes: hotel/motel, spa, restaurant, winery, applicants must have worked a minimum of 250 hours if currently employed in hospitality industry or 100 hours if a current student, applicants must hold a high school diploma and must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Application deadline is 5/27/2016.
Horatio Alger Association Career & Technical Scholarship is for up to $2,500: applicants must demonstrated financial need, complete high school by Spring 2016 and Committed to pursue a career or technical certificate/degree. Application deadline is 6/1/2016. www.Application.horatioalger.org
Complete Education. INC. Scholarship is $1,000: for first generation Black college student, must be graduating from an accredited public high school in San Francisco or Shelby County in Memphis, and with a 2.5 GPA. Application deadline is 6/15/2016. www.complete-education.org
