Biology in the News

The point of this assignment is to keep up with the latest discoveries in Biology/Life Science.
- You need to find an article in the newspaper or internet that has to do with a development in biology in the last week. Article should be at least 200 words long, and no older than one week.
- Article must be printed or clipped before class begins on the day it’s due.
- Attach the following write up to the article or on the back of a printed article.
- Title, Date, and Author and/or Source (or website)
- Find a topic sentence or part of the article that summarizes the main point of the article
- State your opinion of the article: what was interesting, what do you think about the topic, did you agree or disagree with the article. (2-4 sentences)
- Ask the author or person in the article a question. Think of what you would ask them if you were to meet them.
