Dr. Collin Quock visits Galileo Health Academy
Collin P. Quock, M.D., is a Fellow of the American Heart Association and Clinical Professor of Medicine Emeritus at U.C.S.F. He is board-certified in both cardiology and internal medicine. He took the time to visit Galileo Health Academy to share his vast knowledge with students.
About Dr. Quock
Dr. Quock is a native San Franciscan who attended St. Mary’s Chinese School, St. Ignatius High School, the University of San Francisco and the U.C.S.F. School of Medicine. Dr. Quock’s training continued with a Georgetown University Medical Residency at D.C. General Hospital, and advanced training in Cardiology at Tufts-St. Elizabeth Hospital (Boston) and U.C.S.F.. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force Medical Corps.
Dr. Quock spent 37 years in private practice in internal medicine and cardiology at five hospitals in S.F.
He has given 40 years of volunteer service to the American Heart Association and has been active at every level of the organization.
Now semi-retired, Dr. Quock serves as a consultant to the Chinese Community Health Plan and Chinese Hospital.
