Flash Projects–10th gr.

These are the Flash assignments you should have finished:

  1. Falling Leaves:
    >> Create two different leaves using pen tool (vector art); place each leaf on at least three different layers;
    >> motion tween each leaf layer;
    >> use transform tool to vary scale, rotation, skew;
    >> design a background;
    >> extra credit for any additions (plane, bird, etc)
  2. Face:
    >> Use combination of motion tweens (with library symbols/objects) and shape tweens (non-symbols) to create a face;
    >> have the eyes and mouth move and change so the face looks in different direction and expresses emotion/reactions;
    >> also consider animating eyebrows, hair, antennae, nose, or any other elements
  3. Basketball:
    >> Create a graphic called “basketball”;
    >> use that graphic to create a movie clip called “mc_bouncing”;
    >> motion tween mc_bouncing; then create an animation that
    >>> (a) begins with a wide shot,
    >>> (b) zooms in to a
    >>> (c) close-up, then a
    >>> (d) static shot that shows mc_bouncing move through the scene, followed by a
    >>> (e) tracking shot that shows mc_bouncing with the background moving behind it
  4. Cars:
    >> Create a graphic called “tire”; use that graphic to create a movie clip called “mc_rolling” showing the tire rotate;
    >> use mc_rolling to create a scene showing at least two cars moving…
    >> this will mean that mc_rolling must be used on at least four different layers.
