What are some signs that a friend has a drinking problem?
Can’t sleep well. Feeling tired.
He/she’ll offer you a drink.
Not talking to you as often, and if they do talk to you, the only thing they will talk about is their drinking experience or getting another drink.
He/she appears weak and unhealthy.
He/she feels dizzy, unresponsive, and skin is cool to the touch.
Finding bottles in backpack, room, lock, etc.
Different drinking patterns and changes in mood.
They try to get you to drink, too.
