Advice for Freshman

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE YOU FRESHMEN SELF, IF YOU COULD GO BACK IN TIME?

To not worry about finding new friends. They’re everywhere and they couldn’t care less if you’re a little weird!

Don’t be scared, you’ll get used to the school in a couple of weeks.

You should join a lot of clubs or a sport or some extracurricular activities. As many as you can!

Don’s skip school, study hard, participate in class and turn in those assignments!

Come to school early so you have enough time to find your classes!

Stay chill and enjoy Freshmen year.  After Freshmen year it gets hard!

It will be hard the first few weeks but it will get easier as you get through the year. Just stay focused.

Talk to people, everyone wants to know you and make friends at Galileo.

Walk around school a few times with your friends during lunch.

Don’t worry so much – Freshmen year is the most enjoyable so have fun!
